Let’s talk

To get the best from your treatment, we recommend a consultation with one of our specialists prior to booking.

Your consultation is where everything begins. This relaxed, one-to-one appointment is designed to help us understand you, your concerns, and the results you’d like to achieve. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your medical history, assess the areas you’d like to treat, and guide you through the most suitable treatment options based on your goals and individual needs.

This appointment is an opportunity to ask questions, receive honest professional advice, and gain a clear understanding of what to expect from your chosen treatment. There is no pressure and no treatment carried out during this appointment, simply expert guidance to help you feel informed, comfortable, and confident in your next steps.

Prescriber Consultation

(Required for Certain Treatments)

A prescriber consultation is required for treatments involving prescription-only products, including anti-wrinkle injections, and Aqualyx fat-dissolving treatments containing lidocaine.

This appointment is carried out by a qualified prescriber, who will review your medical history, assess your suitability for treatment, and ensure everything is safe and appropriate for you. We have a fantastic and very qualified prescriber on site to take care of our clients- our prescriber is qualified in MPharm, PGCertHEP, FHEA, MRPharmS, IP, is a GPhC-registered pharmacist, Independent Prescriber, and Associate Professor in Pharmacist Independent Prescribing. Your prescriber will explain the treatment in detail, including any benefits, risks, and aftercare considerations, ensuring you are fully informed before proceeding.

Certain aesthetic treatments legally require a prescription before they can be administered. This includes all anti-wrinkle treatments, as botulinum toxin is classified as a prescription-only medicine. It also applies to Aqualyx fat-dissolving injections because the product contains lidocaine, which is itself a prescription-only anaesthetic. Any injectable treatment containing lidocaine must therefore be prescribed following a medical assessment by a qualified prescriber.

If suitable, your prescriber will approve and issue the prescription required for your appointment. This process ensures that every prescription-only treatment is carried out safely, ethically, and in full compliance with medical regulations, giving you complete confidence in your care.

The Difference Between a Consultation and a Prescriber Consultation

Your general consultation focuses on understanding your goals, discussing treatment options, and creating a personalised plan tailored to you. A prescriber consultation, on the other hand, is a medical assessment required for treatments involving prescription-only products.

Some treatments require both appointments before treatment can proceed, ensuring you receive both expert aesthetic guidance and the appropriate medical oversight. Together, these steps help ensure safe, effective, and beautifully tailored results.
