Maria
OWNER | ADVANCED AESTHETIC PRACTITIONER | SKIN THERAPIST
As the founder of M.Rituals & Aesthetics, Maria is proud to offer each of her clients a truly personalised experience. She believes that aesthetic and skincare journeys are deeply individual, and it’s never too late to begin. Whether you’re looking to prevent the signs of aging or enhance your natural features, she is here to support you with bespoke and tailored treatment plans that evolve with your goals. One treatment does not fit all!
With over four years of advanced clinical experience and a background in Biology, Chemistry, and Phlebotomy, she brings a committed and holistic approach to every treatment she provides. Her continued commitment to learning means she is always exploring the most innovative, evidence-based techniques to ensure her clients receive the safest and most effective care possible.

Rina
INDEPENDENT PRESCRIBER | GPhC REGISTERED | PHARMACIST | AESTHETIC PRACTITIONER
Rina, MPharm, PGCertHEP, FHEA, MRPharmS, IP, is a GPhC-registered pharmacist, Independent Prescriber, and Associate Professor in Pharmacist Independent Prescribing with a passion for helping people feel confident in their skin. She graduated from the University of East Anglia with a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) and also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education Practice (PGCertHEP). She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and a Member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (MRPharmS). With years of experience in clinical practice and education, she now brings her expertise into the world of aesthetics.
She’s all about safe, personalised treatments that actually work. No fluff, just evidence-based care in a relaxed setting.
When she’s not in clinic, she’s a busy mum of two and a big believer in working smarter, not harder. She knows what the juggle feels like, and she’s here to make looking after your skin simple, effective, and empowering.
From September 2025, she will be offering prescription clinics, chemical peels, and advanced aesthetics.
Alex
BEAUTICIAN | SKIN THERAPIST | COSMETIC TATTOOIST
Alex is the face behind Alexandra Beauty! She first began in the Beauty industry in 2016 after she became a mum, she fell in love with the beauty industry and what was originally a side job became her passion!
She decided to train in Cosmetic Tattooing in 2018 and in 2021, she trained in aesthetics and skin and did this for around 2 years before deciding aesthetics just wasn’t for her and her passion was really in skin, cosmetic tattooing and beauty
For her the beauty industry is about building confidence, getting to meet new incredible and amazing women everyday, laughing, being a shoulder to cry on, your best hype girl and just being there for her lovely clients.
Stefka
NAIL TECHN | NAIL EDUCATOR
Stefka is a nail technician and nail educator with over 6 years of experience in the beauty industry.
Her journey began in London, where she completed her beauty education at college and developed a strong foundation in nail care, technique, and client service.
Known for her precision and attention to detail, she specialises in clean, elegant, and long-lasting results, with a strong focus on maintaining the health of the natural nail.
Alongside her hands-on experience, she holds a university degree in Business and Human Resources, which supports her professional approach and commitment to excellence within the industry.
Today, she combines her work with clients with her passion for education, sharing her knowledge and techniques with the next generation of nail technicians.
Andreaa
NAIL TECH
Andreaa is a nail tech and she offers Russian manicures, BIAB, hard gel, Pro in Dual Form and other nail services at Nail Glam Norwich.
She started doing nails back in 2010, took a little break, and got back to her passion about a year ago.
She’s passionate about creating modern, elegant looks and making sure every client feels confident and looked after.
